In your IPS Control Centre, you need to first go to Pay Points:
+ Pay Point
Give it a name
Select the new terminal ID it will be
Add
Once added, on the terminal enter the DAC code that is generated, along with the terminal ID. That then pairs it
Next, you need to go POS registration > POS Activation:
Enter a new reference - it has to be at least 9 characters long, and no longer than 15. Only letters and numbers are accepted, spaces and special characters are not
Then click Submit
Lastly, you need to go to Till Setup Dashboard > WorldPay IPS Cloud:
Click IPS registration on the till you want to assign the terminal to
Enter the reference you created on Pay Points
Enter the POS reference too
Then enter the POS activation code and ID found from the POS Activation page
If successful, the line will turn green with a certificate and date added to it
This certificate lasts for 12 months. Close to the time of it expiring, it will show a button to Renew Certificate. This will need to be clicked and the certificate and date will be updated automatically.
